Abstract：The paper, basing oneself on the present conditions and development of the relations between urban and suburb areas of Changchun city, analyzes the characteristics and motive factors of the suburb-urbanization, and points out the proper way and the temporal and spatial evolutionary progresses for the future of the suburb-urbanization.
